- The Laurel may pre-authorize payment methods in accordance with booking policies

3. Online Travel Agencis (OTAs)
Reservations made through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Expedia, Booking.com, or other Online Travel Agencies) are governed by the terms and conditions of those respective platforms.
In the event of a discrepancy between OTA policies and The Laurel’s direct booking policies, the OTA’s booking terms may apply to that reservation.
The Laurel is not responsible for pricing errors, content inaccuracies, or service issues originating on third-party booking websites.
4. Guest Communications & Marketing
By submitting your email address or phone number through this Site, making a reservation, or opting into communications, you consent to receive transactional and/or marketing communications from The Laurel.
We may use guest engagement platforms such as Revinate to manage:
- Reservation confirmations and pre-arrival messaging
- Post-stay surveys and feedback requests
- Promotional emails and special offers
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link included in those communications. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications related to active reservations.
